Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase from HABITORO. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, email info@habitoro.com with your order details.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, contact info@habitoro.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item’s condition. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
